Look, Ma! No Iron Microspheres!

No Iron quantified in this table Dr. Stephen E. Jones, in examining the Ground Zero dust, found iron microspheres (page 77), which are evidence of welding or thermite, and a signature of controlled demolition. In a word, molten metal that had been cast hundreds of yards from the collapses. (Broken image icon? An NIEHS study done much earlier, published by Paul J. Lioy et al in the Environmental Health Perspectives Volume 110, Number 7, July 2002, subjected the dust from 3 locations, Cortlandt, Cherry and Market streets, to analyses too numerous to list here, but found no iron microspheres!

    HOMEWORK EXPERIMENTS

    1. Either Dr. Jones or Dr. Lioy is telling a funny. See if you can find any reference to iron (chemical symbol Fe), the most prevalent element in the structure of the World Trade Center towers, in the NIEHS table at right. See if you can find any reference to the percentage of iron by weight in the dust in Table 1.

    2. In the same Table 1, see if you can detect the presence of a sulfur ion, characteristic of thermate.

    3. See if you can find the dollar amount of grants Dr. Lioy has received from the Department of Homeland Security.

Since Dr. Jones found microspheres, but no official investigation did, this discrepancy remains an action item for independent efforts.
